WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that there is only one eternal God, the creator of the entire universe. That he exists in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God, that it is infallible, divinely inspired and is useful for reproof, correction and instruction in righteousness.
We believe that man, created by God, willfully sinned and as a result is lost and without hope apart from receiving salvation through Jesus Christ.
We believe that God so loved the world that he gave his only Son so that whoever believes in him will not die but have eternal life.
We believe that The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. That the Holy Spirit was given at Pentecost to indwell and empower everyone who believes in Jesus Christ.
We believe that baptism, as taught in the Scriptures and practiced since Jesus began the church, is the immersion in water of a repentant believer, symbolizing Christ's own death, burial and resurrection.
We believe that the church is the body of Christ. That its mission on this earth is to go and make disciples of Jesus throughout the world.
We believe in Jesus Christ. That he lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. That he rose from the dead and ascended into Heaven where He is seated at the Father's right hand and He will someday return to the earth to judge both the living and the dead.
